Everyone loves motsunabe! Introducing a new course perfect for parties! Made with exquisitely flavorful Wagyu beef offal! The Wagyu beef offal is soaked in a special soup that is juicy and rich in flavor! Choose from salt, miso, or soy sauce, based on a soup that has been repeatedly tested to match the offal! Other dishes include Kochi Prefecture bonito seared over straw and our famous gyoza dumplings, and more.
