Everyone loves motsunabe! Introducing a new course perfect for parties, where you can choose between Taiwanese motsunabe or tsukefu motsunabe! Made with exquisitely flavorful Wagyu beef offal! The Wagyu beef offal is soaked in a special soup that is juicy and rich in flavor! The soup base has been carefully developed to perfectly match the offal, and you can choose from salt, miso, or soy sauce! The tsukefu motsunabe is loaded with ingredients that are sure to be delicious, such as oysters and monkfish liver! It's an exquisite motsunabe with the added flavor of clams!
